Total Mail Converter предлагает множество настроек для пакетной конвертации писем. Пользователи могут выбрать поля экспорта: Отправитель, Получатель, Дата, Название, Тело письма. Это удобно, когда нужно сконвертровать не всю информацию из писем, а только определеннцю часть. Прикрепленные файлы можно сохранять как отдельные документы, а можно включать в сконвертированные файлы. Конвертер позволяет добавить номера страниц или дату в получившиеся документы.
